First off, I just joined as a premium member of this site and I'd like to say HI to all members. While I was a lurker here, the info I needed was always found via reading daily and using the search function. Thanks...
I've been a subscriber to Adelphia HSI since I moved to Santa Monica last Nov and all I can say is that I've received excellent service and excellent customer support. 85% of the time I receive the quoted speeds and just recently I upgraded to the Premier service of 6000/768 and I consistently get 6100/780 and higher on a regular basis (Adelphia & Speakeasy tests). The two times I've needed to use CS my questions/problems were addressed and resoved quickly.
I know Adelphia gets alot of flak and I'm not going to say that it's not deserved by those who've received subpar service...I'm only speaking for myself. They've done a great job by and for me.
That's my rant!!!
