are you saying that ifyou upload alot then you are a heavy user?
what ifyou just leech say cap your upload at 3kb/sec
could you still beconsider a heavy user?

in truth leeching does no hurt their network?

Yes, if you upload a lot constantly, you are considered a heavy user.

You should be fine if you upload at 3kB/s
