The problem is no that Insight is blocking e-mail. The problem is that Yahoo, etc., is blocking Insight. Insight had to contact every single place that was blocking you and ask them to remove their mail server IP address from it's blacklist.

And, no. The mail migration was completed last night. The change in the Webmail did not signify the changeover.
