I am having trouble with email.. I'm an engineer.. and PUT email in MIME format (containing diagnostics) by SMTP through ATT server to my Insightbb email address.. and then use my InsightBB Outlook Express to get the email to my Inbox to get the diagnostic messages for verification... this used to work... now I'm getting about 3 out of 4 messages... with 1 out of 4 apparently going to never never land.... I think it might have something to do with the Sprint server interpreting some of these emails as SPAM... whereas when Insight was on ATT it worked fine... Can anyone shed any light on what I can do to fix this? I've tried doing tech support with Insight, and they weren't smart enough to know how to get into the logs to see why these emails were hanging... Thanks... |
