419 scams:
419fcd@usss.treas.gov
(I add 'no financial loss' in the reply)

Bogus pharmaceuticals:
webcomplaints@ora.fda.gov

Stock Abuse:
enforcement@sec.gov

MS piracy:
piracy@microsoft.com/

I'll add that I am careful to send these to the correct recipient, if I am not sure then I don't and use spam@uce.gov.
