I'll add that I am careful to send these to the correct recipient, if I am not sure then I don't and use spam@uce.gov. |

No, it is spam@uce.gov. spam@ftc.gov will work but if you look in the server status message that comes back it tells you to use spam@uce.gov in the future. |
