No... Comcast will *list* 10/1. Comcast will *not* deliver those speeds or anything approaching though -- they never do.

And yes, there is a very, very big difference.

Just because *you* may have had issues with Comcast, that doesn't mean every place has that same problem. I know many people around here that have no problem getting their full 8Mbps/768Kbps speeds all the time.
