the bandwidth has been increased to 60 gigs, and its still
a soft limit,so theres lots to use.

| It's so they can provide themselves with protection. If you're the only one going heavy in your area you probably wont hear anything. If a lot of people in your area are going heavy with you, being cable, the performance will drop. People will call in and complain. When people complain they start looking at heavy users and 'warn' them. |
