| Intel PowerMac to be Released at WWDC?
Just noticed my invination in the inbox and hit show images. Shows a guy carrying a PowerMac so I guess we'll see those in August. Was hoping for something sooner, but at least something is on the horizon.

| Well seeing as how the Conroe and merom processors aren't due till summer, it only makes sense that they would wait till WWDC. I cant remember which one is the desktop version

Belchertown, MA | Conroe is targeted at desktops and merom at laptops/portables/small form factor PC's.
WWDC certainly makes sense as the announcement and perhaps even quick availability of one or two models.

I hope they also roll out Mac OS X Server for Intel as well. I've got some clients who want cheap servers but it's not possible with the current lineup.

They might be a bit cheaper, like $100-$200 but that's it. Parallels Workstation and a tower full of ram makes a VERY interesting server situation.

This page has the full set of pictures of the developers. They all seem to be holding an Apple computer and I guess they are bringing something to the WWDC? BTW, today I heard a DJ slip up on air and announce the prize of their contest, it's an iPod TV! Really, I heard this! I'm guessing it is the Video iPod and the DJ just made a mistake. Or did he? Hmmm.
