I like the way you listed out everything, maybe it will make some people feel more comfortable about asking!!! I remember when I first came, I thought I would be trying somebody's nerves too. I am still here, and none the worse for wear. I have spoken at length to many of the people here, on the telephone. I promise this, if you stay around here, you will learn plenty - and have a support system second only to your family.
