Re: So.....

I'll find out for sure. I know where that building is. I lived a few blocks from it. I gotta go to Seattle soon anyway. I'll keep this updated.

That doesn't mean gensai isn't correct. Chances are, it ISN'T there. Chances are -- just like last time -- there's no existing office or anything of the sort, nor is the space in question rented out to anyone associated with Infinium Labs.

This happened before in Florida (I'm not sure if you know that or not).

Also, the domain WHOIS information says "Suite 500" not "5th Floor", which is interesting. Also, love the Email address of their administrative contact (...uhhh)

Yes, I am from Fl, and it was in the Keys, it was an office, just nothing there, not even a name on the sign. Who knows, who cares, not like anything is going to come out from them anyway.
Well Infinium is now a spam target, Too bad. :D

They have not changed the sign on the side of the building that they are in that is in Downtown Sarasota.
Sarasota? I don't recall it being in Sarasota, out of the Florida Keys, but not Sarasota. But it appears they are now running it out of Seattle..............

The link above has pictures of the place that claimed to be the office listed in the Florida Keys.
The Longboat Key address that they were using is in Sarasota County, FL. That was the address listed in the Florida Corporations first filing on 02/10/2003 (See Infinium_Labs_Corp.tiff in attached zip) On 10/01/2004 Infinium's registration was revoked for failing to file a required annual report with the state. The company was reinstated when it filed a report on 06/30/2005. In that report (see attached Infinium_Reinstatement.tiff) they made some changes in the listed officers, and also changed their address from 5380 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 (Sarasota County) to a principal place of business to: 2033 Main St., Suite 309, Sarasota, FL 34237. In September of 2003 they stated that they had signed a 5 year lease on 10,000 sq.ft of offices at that location.

Also, the CEO Timothy M Roberts and Rebecca A Roberts purchased a home for $1,575,000 on 9/14/2001 at 511 HARBOR GATE WAY, LOT 2 BAY ISLES UNIT 1, LONGBOAT KEY, FL 34228. On 12/2/2003 the Roberts filed a Quit Claim Deed removing Rebecca A Roberts from the deed. According to the records that property is still listed to Timothy Roberts.

here you might want to check this map

»travel.yahoo.com/p-map-475032-ma···key_fl-i

to the left is the gulf of mexico to the right Sarasota Bay.

Infiniums offices in Sarasota are still apprently active. there are still people mostly looking administrative if anything. But Not like a hidden lab of hardware development.

Bleh, ok, didn't know that. Don't go up to Sarasota much, don't care too, nothing there I would be interested in to drive from Naples. With the name Key, bleh, you are correct.

Since January of this year, about the time we first heard of the Phantom console, the address given for Infinium Labs has been listed as 5380 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida 34228. This is confirmed by the register information listing the same address for the Infinium Labs website.
