Thats what I pipe into and it is. Now we wish you'd asked them what they were doing at your ONT this morning. Can't imagine that there's any change to the ONT required.
I just flipped the 604 to DHCP and it came back with no IP. Told it to renew and it dropped the subnet and gateway too. Changed back to PPPOE and got the same IP back.
Are you business or residential service? Did you change firmware? |

 | I have residential service and I downloaded the firmware posted here. After performing the firmware update the router automatically switched to DHCP. |

 JohnAPremium join:2003-09-16 Pittsburgh, PA | I updated the firmware, and got the same effect as just a manual switch to DHCP. No go. Got my same IP back again, when I put it back on PPPOE.
