Well it looks like summer is here for a while. About this time of year, I always think I'm not ready for this -- but it's better than 20 degrees with ice all over the roads. I prefer to take clothes off instead of putting more on!

Drink plenty of water and try to stay out of the sun (yeah right)!

So why don't we post a little about things to do in the summer in central Texas -- either in the sun or not, day or night!

Lately I've been following the live cam action on the bald eagle nest off Vancouver Island. Truly fascinating. What an addiction it has become.
