Personally, I tend to stay indoors in the air conditioning. I hate it when it get into the 90's. Lately I've been following the live cam action on the bald eagle nest off Vancouver Island. Truly fascinating. What an addiction it has become. To see the adults swoop in and out of the nest is something!

2 edits | Well it looks like summer is here for a while. About this time of year, I always think I'm not ready for this -- but it's better than 20 degrees with ice all over the roads. I prefer to take clothes off instead of putting more on! 
Drink plenty of water and try to stay out of the sun (yeah right)! 
So why don't we post a little about things to do in the summer in central Texas -- either in the sun or not, day or night! |
