I have recently taken a liking to PSPad for it's ability to ftp to a site, let me make a change, and save the page back via ftp. I can't say I'd suggest one use it for full development of new sites and pages, but it's great for quickly fixing those little typos. It has other features, but the ftp access is the only reason I use it.
