21.7 million ( »www.isp-planet.com/research/rank···005.html ). They also dropped from a 23.3% market share to a 20.1% market share. That's 3.1 million subscribers lost per year and 3.2% market share lost.

And if you look at their first quarter 2004 numbers ( »www.isp-planet.com/research/rank···004.html ), they've lost 5.4 million subscribers and 6% market share in the past 2 years.
