What is this font?

Hey can someone tell me what font this logo is using? It is a friend of mines and it is on his laptop which he cant get to now and has forgotten the name. does anyone know?

It looks like Arial Black that has been edited in a grahics editor to add some effects, like this example.

Although I agree with you, it's not that. Jake said that the font had 4 words in it and he just couldn't tihnk of it.--

I tried all the methods.

I got it today though. The name is fear of a punk planet.
