it's actually in the housing code in texas now where you have to have a minimum, 5'x5' air conditioned room under lock and key for the NSA to sit in if they suspect you of terrorism. |

It's just difficult to spy on people when everything is in a small room. Not to mention how the steam from the shower doesn't play nice with the computer equipment... it was just better to move it all out of there.
