it's actually in the housing code in texas now where you have to have a minimum, 5'x5' air conditioned room under lock and key for the NSA to sit in if they suspect you of terrorism.
Those wimps. My NSA room is at least 15x15, has a fully stocked wet bar, beer on tap, multiple redundant Tier-1 connections... the works!
My NSA room is in an old warehouse in the industrial area of Baltimore. It was really nice, totally isolated from the outside world.

But then I had to blow it up after Will Smith made a phone call....
