Bush may be a douchebag, but he's definitely not smart enough or cunning enough to pull a hitler. Hitler was able to convince the people to GIVE him the power he wanted voluntarily. Bush is still at step 1, messing around with congress to make gays second class citizens - hitler would have long ago dismissed congress, and made all undesireables 3rd rate citizens years ago.
