Are you saying that everyone that works there is like this, because if so, you've got to be kidding. Thats why there is more subs on Comcast than Verizon. Love your profile, but this was a stupid comment, only because you've probably never worked the way an on-call tech in the field driving all over the city would have to work. All it takes is air-conditioning, and one good hour on hold music to put anyone to sleep after being in the heat all day. I myself would like to see proof this is legit though.
