will ISPs cache ANY content?

I think yes. Especially if it allows them to avoid paying more money to the backbone networks. But it will obviously only be legal content, to the extent that they can determine whether it is legal or not. For example, cable companies have legal deals with Hollywood and the NHL and PGA, etc to deliver certain content online. If they can use bittorrent to do that at lower cost, they will consider it. At least Cohen hopes that is the case.

It will probably strictly be things they can secure lucrative deals to distribute content, if that.

What you have to then ask yourself is if they do cache illegal content will they then fall victim to the RIAA and MPAA for illegal distribution, probably so would you allow your business to cache data that could end you up in court.

I think not.......
