Well, I had a chance to try the crimper, and it's really nice. It is rachetting, the only odd thing is that the connector goes on the end of the tool. It doesn't have wire cutters or stripper, it doesn't have to crimp phone cables, all of which is not a problem for me. For what it's worth, I'm very pleased with it.
