I chose Kenbotong for 900Mhz since they have a very broad selection.

Sectors upto 17.6 dBi dual-polarized with 23dB F/B.
Grids goes up to 21dBi with 30dB F/B.
Yagi goes up to 13dBi with 18dB F/B.

They also have a 17dBi backfire model with 25 degree beam width and 30dB F/B. However, no good CPE panel.
