After doing some research on their site, I've realized that their advertised $11.95/month rate is only for the first 6 months. This is fine and dandy, but in order to get this rate, you must sign up for a year. After those first 6 months, the cost rockets up to $29.95/month. The cost for terminating your subscription early is $200.00. You end up paying an extra 10 bucks if you cancel after the 6 month period. In addition to this, you -have- to buy their installation kit in order to use the service. The least expensive kit is $69.95, and includes an ADSL modem, required cables, and 3 dsl filters. Barely worth it. I don't know firsthand what their steady download/upload speeds, but from a glance, I'd say to move to another provider.
