The network in 2003-2005 was known as A Wireless Gateway.
One of the original founders of AWG formed St. Louis Broadband and bought the network in November 2005.
Since the take over, StLBB has not been aware of any service call issues. If we were called, we responded.
However, in late 2005 we witnessed some connectivity issues due to changing upstream providers and interference. These were growing pains that no ISP chooses to endure, because we know that they are passed down to the client.
We also incurred some brief and spotty issues in early 2006. These issues were due to the structure of the old network.
Since then we have rebuilt the weak links in our network and it has been rock solid ever since!
We are truly sorry if you were one of these inconvenienced clients. If you were, you would know we know how important your service is. As a testimony we offered free service to keep your alliance.
