iPod -- transferring songs from Mac format to PC format

I can't seem to find an answer fo this one. My mom is visiting and likes my iPod Shuffle. She wants one, but owns a PC -- and she wants my playlist. Is there anyway for me to give her my playlist? She has a PC. Or does that go against the licensing? I thought I read something about sharing up to four computers, but do they all have to be the same format?

Confused...

Burn your playlist to a disk, have her import it to her computer via itunes and transfer it to the iPod..

Just to add a bit of info, you can "Authorize" up to five pc's and they can be either a Windoze or Mac machine.

Thats why we use Apple right? Also make sure you encode your tracks with ID3 tags so the names show up when she reimports them on her machine.

If you burn the music to a cd, the authorization goes away.

Yeah, I know that. But he asked about the ability to share amongst different machines.
