I do have a question - why would the "out port" ALWAYS be a 60000+ port instead of the ports you specify? Thats one of my main annoyances.. Ex: I runa game server with the port 29070 udp in/out.. it picks 60045 or something for in.. Why is it doing that? and is there any way to fix it? People cannot list it as a favorite as it always changes..

I'm sure there's a better techy explanation, but it probably just has to do with how the router operates using NAT; that is, the 60000+ ports are actually internal to the router and not what the outside world is seeing as accessible.
