[Speed] 10000/768?

Are the speeds supposed to be 1000 kbit up for gold subscribers? All I am seeing is 10 mbit downstream, but I still only have 768 kbit up. Is this an example resulting from of an implementation of PowerBurst with no actual "upgrade"?

Am I missing something? I thought the gold deal was 8/768?

A lot of areas including mine were upgraded to 10/768?

This is for the Gold package.

Upload is still at 768 for almost everyone.

Some areas I think are testing 16/1000

What areas should be seeing the 10000/768? I'm still only getting 8000/768 on gold.

No they haven't. Comcast has just added Power Boost to many areas which can allow up to double speeds for a short period of time. They haven't upgrade anything other than that.

No, the upload is at 384Kbps for almost everyone, except for the small percentage of customers who get the speed add-on tier, and they get 768Kbps.
