I would disable all of the extensions then test the site.
If the speed is fine start enabling extensions one at a time while testing in between.
Process of elimination.

| Actually I meant to just right-click disable each extension and restarting Fx normally and trying digg.com.
You could also try a 1.5.0.5 build. There have been numerous bug fixes since v1.5.0.4 and the speed is pretty good.
Fx 1.5.0.5
You should have no problems with extensions failing and any themes you have will be fine.
On top of all this make sure you have the latest versions of swf and java installed.
