got a message thru the cable box to reset my modem for powerboost. doesn't seem faster during large downloads to me. appears slower, actually. less 1mb. i'm on the 8/768 tier. |

| Some people have reported not getting it until a day or two after they received an e-mail or message. If the speed does seem slower, maybe you want to make a new thread and post all your information (speed tests, line quality, signal levels, network setup etc).
Otherwise it's easier to keep all the discussion here:
