Even if DirecTV and Echostar win wireless spectrum at auction, it will be years before any real rollout takes place. If people are betting on some big Wimax infrastructure being in place soon, they will be disappointed.

| It shouldn't be years before we start seeing these roll-outs. These guys are most likely going to jump on existing towers in place from wireless carries. Most localities require wireless carriers to share their towers which keeps their numbers down. I can see that maybe by the Q2 or Q3 of 2007, we will see a major rollout. |

So they would have to agree on a rental rate, which could take months, years. Then the actually network design and ordering of circuits. 3 yrs minimum
