These guys are most likely going to jump on existing towers in place from wireless carries. Most localities require wireless carriers to share their towers which keeps their numbers down. I can see that maybe by the Q2 or Q3 of 2007, we will see a major rollout.

I agree with TK on this, let me explain. Most mobile carrier rent towers. So they would have to agree on a rental rate, which could take months, years. Then the actually network design and ordering of circuits. 3 yrs minimum
