Had you been a subscriber or been part of Adelphia workforce since the bankruptcy you would have seen a tremendous improvement. TrainBuff The New Haven Railroad Premium join:2003-05-01 Buffalo, NY clubs:	As an Adelphia customer,I already seen improvements in my service. My area was upgraded back in 1997 and in the last couple of years have seen more upgrades taking place and new services offered.

Great improvements have gone on.
