Now maybe those users will see the completion of system upgrades so that they can get more channels and better package deals. Had you been a subscriber or been part of Adelphia workforce since the bankruptcy you would have seen a tremendous improvement. System upgrades are pretty much complete and there was improvement in every facet of the company. The Adelphia Forum is testament to this today. TrainBuff The New Haven Railroad Premium join:2003-05-01 Buffalo, NY clubs:	As an Adelphia customer,I already seen improvements in my service. My area was upgraded back in 1997 and in the last couple of years have seen more upgrades taking place and new services offered.

Great improvements have gone on.
