TW and comcast are you going window shopping again soon?
Next thing you know it will be either TW or comcast or nothing with cable buyouts just like the telco's.

Funny thing about this is TW is getting more people than comcast is.

 What's so funny about that?

If you look at the entire deal of the transaction, there is a reason why TWC is getting more. Not to mention, there is that alleged 33% subscriber caps in this country.

Comcast is gaining major strength out of this for it's own internal operation by being able to cluster it's markets together. For example, where the Twin Cities has Time Warner and Comcast, They will swap this system with TWC so they can have the entire metro area. It helps reduce some of the operational costs.

I dont think it will change I figure it will be just about the same service with the same people atleast for awhile then it will get better or worse down the road but for now Im 100% sure it will be exactly the same as it was before.

They will have no choice but to. Look how much they paid for the company. Shareholders and the stock took a dump today for both company's.

How much actual cash is coming out of the Comcast war chest for this transaction? It is my understanding that TWC is flipping most of the bill buying back their stock from Comcast and paying for a share of Adelphia.
