update, started causing problems and became a hassel to configure. used customer support to access online assistance and the CS told me i needed to get my support from MC. so if i have this straight , if this security suite causes you problems that you don't know how to deal with then the company that is supposed to provide support just directs you to MC. too much hassel for me i am going back to my old security set up. i DO NOT reccomend this bloated security suite. |

| Agree with Anonymous. I've been using it on a few of my machines and "bloated" would not be a word I describe the eTrust as. Honestly, and ironically, that is the exact word I use for Norton stuff, being a Norton user for the past several years (rebate on top of rebate = almost free upgrades each year). Are you using a really old machine? I've seen eTrust not be too kind on old, low resources available, machines. |
