Cable don't want any comp. Yes they did talk to townships. A lot of the townships are so far in bed with the cable companies that they don't want to upset the status quo. |

If they've got a better offer from a neighbor, tell them you want landscaping, an attached playhouse or potting shed to screen it, driveway plowing and a reasonable rent with inflation clause. That way, it could be a selling point when you move, as long as people wouldn't mind potential tech visits at all times of the day.
For something this size, they should be negotiating leases like the cellular carriers do, not using perceived monopoly power to put stuff whereever they want.
They would love to start up in the most densely-populated municipality in Wisconsin but the catch is that retrofitting with small lots and aerial utilities in backyards is going to be a tough sell. -- USNG:16TDN2870 Find your Lat-Long: Geocoder |

| reply to ArgMeMatey I seem to be walking away scratching my head more and more with u-verse/lightspeed implementation.
Why is ATT putting up these boxes where everyone is fighting it?
Don't they talk with any of these townships before hand? -- "Action does not equal Achievement" |
