Re: Of course BellSouth doesn't like it..

BellSouth did deploy wireless. It just wasn't free which is what everyone here hates.

And BST has some of the largest DSL availability of any company.

Wrong.
We hate the fact that 1) they successfully lobbied for such a corrupt law 2) they attacked the free NO mesh when it was still under water, only to protect their monopoly.

1) BellSouth has dial-up internet which the gov't would directly compete against using a taxpayer funded network.

2) The NO mesh network was mainly operating in areas that never went under water.

Don't let your emotions overhwelm you to the point you spout off ignorantly.

ROFL... wow, it's so pathetic "reasoning" that it requires no comment, it's telling about the mindset of BS (and its 'friends' like you) as it is.

Umm I never thought you will take it literally...

How about reflecting on my points...?

Don't let your emotions overhwelm you to the point you spout off ignorantly.
Yawn. Being such a BS-mouthpiece and arrogantly spouting its - usually deceptive - propaganda instead of answering at least ONE of my points is really making you look foolish, believe me...

What point have you made? Your errors have been pointed out already and you barrel on making the same erroneous statements.

BellSouth opposed a taxpayer funded network that competed with them. It competed in them mostly in areas where service was restored or wireless service comparable in speed and cost to a landline was offered.

As I said, you're ignorant of the situation and swearing and stomping won't make you any more of an "expert".

See #1-2.

Your errors have been pointed out already and you barrel on making the same erroneous statements.
And what is "erroneus" actually?
The fact that BS lobbied for its granted monopoly or the fact that BS fought against the temporary free muni mesh after a catastrophe?

After recognising the classic blueprint of BS-spin in all of your reactions one can only wonder who do you work for...

$70 dollars? $30 .. even $40, but $70? That's just crazy.

It is $39.95 for 1.5mb/s with no residential phone service.

That's not a bad price.

'or the fact that BS fought against the temporary free muni mesh after a catastrophe?'

temporary means it comes to an end. So you should be happy BellSouth didn't fuss after the catastrophe and made sure it stayed temporary.
