Few Things...
First off, comcast does sub-contract out alot of their work and every time I have had someone come over to do work on my internet, its been a comcast van but the guy has worn whatever he feels like it (few times jeans and a tshirt, other times shorts).
Second, sometimes they will use your furniture if its taking FOREVER. I dont mind if a comcast tech sits on my couch, big deal. And although my tech didnt go to sleep, he was sitting on my couch on-hold with comcast for well over an hour trying to have them check something on their end.
Yes the video could have been faked and I havent seen a comcast rep use a laptop on-site before, but whatever. If it was faked oh well...but I am sure a scene that the video depicted could very well happen. |
