I too ahve worked for ISP and have Comcast also..

Sorry to say but Comcast wont be upgrading speed for a while and so the 6MB is the limist for now, I am waiting for the Verizon push of FIOS to my apartment complex and once its done, then I am all FIOS...the triple paly of voice, data and video and I know for a fact that the tech support for Verizon is all in the USA...I have trained some of them...
