Best opensource program like FrontPage?

I am looking for an alternative to FrontPage for developing web sites.

Thanks

»notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm

this is if you are comfortable editing HTML in notepad

I built ALL my webpages through notepad - achieving a clean look with fast render times

Microsoft Visual Web developer will work: »msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/
If your looking for a drag and drop style of editor, I know it allows you to drag controls onto a page, but I've never tried it out. But you can type up your html and click a tab to see what it looks like.
I use it for asp.net pages, but it works for plain html also. I've been using it for a couple of months and I think its great for writing up html. On top of that its completely free for commercial and non-commercial use.
Its not open source, but its free.
