Microsoft Visual Web developer will work: »msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/ If your looking for a drag and drop style of editor, I know it allows you to drag controls onto a page, but I've never tried it out. But you can type up your html and click a tab to see what it looks like. I use it for asp.net pages, but it works for plain html also. I've been using it for a couple of months and I think its great for writing up html. On top of that its completely free for commercial and non-commercial use. Its not open source, but its free. |
