Ah, you were involved in a cable failure. The repair tech that initially came doesnt fix that. They more than likely had to send out their splicing or construction crew afterwards.
What you say isnt true. When they repair a cable, they usually fix most or all phone lines involved. Sometimes a couple lines can fall through the cracks and get missed. |

That may be so, but that's still no excuse for at least 10 unreturned phone calls, techs missing service calls, and a lack of compensation. |
