Re: Just got Laptop with wireless card and have a PC with DSL

You can connect the PC to the new wireless router with a cable if you do not wish to install a wireless adapter for it. Wireless routers come with 4 ports for wired connections, and will provide service wirelessly for the laptop and by wire to the PC all at the same time.

I want to share the DSL Service with my laptop. I know that I have to purchase a Router but do i need to have a network card for the PC? I have a wireless card in my laptop and want to share the DSL Service.

Sorry New at this stuff.
