She said that they have a person that the ONLY job they do is call people if they get close / hit it. She did say they Quote: "Lock in your IP" ... which I am guessing means they may shut off the connection. |

The cap is 100GB/month with MStar. I called in to ask about the cap and the lady wondered what the heck I was doing when I asked what happened if I were to hit the cap. ha I am getting my fiber installed tomorrow! Yeah! |

encryption works wonders!
The throttle was down to about 10kb/s total. It blew hard! No matter now.
As for a cap, no idea. As I can't even find a contract for them now. going to keep looking, dont want a suprise in the mail. |
