What we have to do and understand.

The past few weeks and days have cost us TeamStarFire a number of friends and members of our team. Most have been with us from the start and One even started this whole thing of DC here at The site and Formed the original team.

They will be missed and fondly remembered. I know that I will miss them and wish them well and am sure you do also.

But that is now in our past we can remember but must move forward and reorganise to make us whole and even stronger.

Most of our heavy farm crunchers have moved on and we will shortly be in a decline for total team RAC and with others moving in and up we will most likely drop in the standings.

But have faith we can regain our strength and eventually over come this temporary set back. It will take time and a major effort but we can do it. Don't be discouraged we are in it for the Science. But the points and standings, well it did not hurt to see them climb.

Some of the first things we must do is select DCS Reps besides our Moderators. See what functions for team information have to be reassigned if any.
Have the members of the Crunchenstien organization figure out what is to be done with that group and it's blades. Plus I believe we will need some new hosts for some of the units. TransitMan is the director and he will inform us of the needs and outcome of some decisions that group must make.

There is so much left as unknown and it is only starting and over the next few days and weeks we will find much to do and we will need each of you and your strength as well as active participation to revitalize the team.

So I ask all to have patience and put up with the changes, the small inconveniences and it will all work out in the end we have always done it before and can continue to do it again. We can succeed given the time.

Most important of all Lets have some FUN again.

Hank
