Agreed I have a friend with cingular and the call quality is unacceptiable, sure it dident drop but it would be nice to be able to hear someone while makeing that call. |

Ive been barking about how their service has degraded while theres an ongoing campaign about "fewest dropped calls". They have no idea about how bad they appear with this ongoing fiasco. Cingular should take note of a little something called Quality of Service.
This newest insult will hopefully ony cost them more customers than they make from the ones that stay!
