Jerm join:2000-04-10 Richland, WA	BBR article is inaccurate... In the BBR writeup of the article it sounds like the $5 fee is for analogue (AMPS) users. This is incorrect. The fee is for users with OLDER DIGITAL PHONES on the old TDMA network. TDMA is digital.
