What does this have to do with welfare, unless you mean the welfare for the rich programs? The "whole segment of society" who profit from this kind corruption are the rich and the well-connected, not the working poor and those unable to work. |

Your absolutely correct in your assessment. We need to terminate this illegal tax and any other illegal tax and stop federal welfare. These programs are just enabling programs, creating more beneficiaries looking for a federal handout. We've managed to create a whole segment of society that does not know how to be productive their only claim is to file claims seeking additional monies from those who do work hard. Stop the fraud, waste and abuse end these taxes and the programs they are suppose to support. |
